Mosques of the World is built on the belief that Islamic architecture belongs to everyone who has stood inside it, prayed in it, or grown up beside it. The mosques featured draw on published research and architectural documentation, but some of the most important knowledge about a mosque lives with the people who know it firsthand.

This page is for that knowledge.

From the Community is a space for submitted photos and firsthand accounts of mosques from around the world - mosques you have visited, prayed in, or call home.
